Offer the following services: - resource navigator - A healthcare professional who can help connect clients with the services in the community, health and social services systems
- family doctors
- cervical cancer screening (Pap smears)
- referral for fecal immunochemical test
- referral for mammography
- mental health counselling
- prenatal care
- diabetes care by registered nurses and dietitians
- Inter-Professional Primary Care Team (team of nurse practitioners and others who provide care for people, including newcomers, with a range of services)
- chiropody (treatment for dysfunctions, disorders and diseases of the foot)
