Service Description:	Non-medical withdrawal management facilities that operates 24/7. Services offered include: - Substance use assessment - Intoxication, withdrawal, and overdose monitoring and management - Crisis intervention and management - Counselling - Linkage to community resources - Health promotion - Goal setting - Treatment planning and support - Harm reduction education - Naloxone kits, safer injection and safer inhalation kits upon discharge Services and Programs: Sherbourne Day Wms - Withdrawal Management Services - Sherbourne Street Withdrawal Management Services - Sherbourne Street
Application:	Referrals are made through Central Access Toronto Withdrawal Management Central Access. Central Access hours are 0830-2330, 7 days a week. Please call in advance to inquire about bed availability. Clients will be screened before admission. All medication should be brought to the unit at the time of admission. Medical assessment may be requested.
