Service Description:

Single point of access for individuals with a developmental disability wishing to access Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) services and supports * Confirm eligibility for adult developmental services in Toronto * complete an application package * match people to government funded services * provide information on services and supports available in the community
