Service Description:

Cota Health provides the following mental health services: mental health case management, court support services, dual diagnosis case management, short-term residential crisis beds, supportive housing, hostel outreach services, pre-charge diversion services, site support to Habitat Services and Mainstay Housing locations.

Referrals are accepted from individuals, family members, service providers, health and social service agencies. Please call for information.
For individuals with justice system involvement, referrals must be from designated priority referral sources which include Mental Health Court Support Services, Police, Probation/Parole, the Law and Mental Health program at CAMH, Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences' Forensic Unit and other funded Mental Health and Justice services.
