- community legal education and outreach
- law reform
Legal services - advice; brief legal services; possible representation in certain cases- tenant issues including Toronto Community Housing
- income support such as Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS)
- Employment Insurance (EI), employment law
- immigration, sponsorship; general advice on some refugee matters, but for representation contact Refugee Law Office, see separate entry
- human rights issues that relate to housing, employment, immigration, social assistance, and CPP Disability; for other human rights issues, contact Human Rights Legal Support Centre, see separate entry
