Foot Care Clinic - Foot care specialist assesses and treats common foot problems * includes basic foot care for both regular clients and clients living with diabetes
 
Enhanced Adult Day Program - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Fees: Anual membership fee $20
Application: Call or drop-in * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 55 years and older
