Cardiac Rehabilitation at Home (Progression)
- Virtual cardiac rehabilitation program designed for those who cannot attend an on-site program. This program combines exercise counselling, education and self-management tools to support lifestyle changes and goals

- Cardiac rehabilitation program designed specifically for people living with heart failure

Diabetes, Exercise and Healthy Lifestyle Program
- Program which combines exercise, education and healthy lifestyle behaviour changes to better support people living with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

- Education, exercise and peer support offered to assist women being treated for and recovering from breast cancer.
