Service Description:

Provides up to eight hours of free legal advice to those who qualify from one or more lawyers on referral list- service available anytime after assault has occurred
- does not provide legal representation

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Survivors of sexual offences (such as assault, non-consensual distribution of intimate images or recordings, and other offences of a sexual nature) intimate partner violence or human trafficking, 16 years and older
Residency requirements: Ontario residents and/or the assault must have occurred in Ontario
