Service Description: A call-in and email navigational service to guide and support families who have youth between the ages of 11-29 who are struggling with mental health and/or addictions concerns * connect individuals with the most appropriate treatment resources available by partnering the individuals with a "family navigator", who provide navigation of the healthcare and social service system
