Service Description: Free prescription glasses by referral only
  • local charitable partners pre-screen individuals to determine eligibility for the program
  • referral from a registered charitable organization required (Salvation Army, food banks, shelters, community centres)

Fees: None
Application: A referral required from a charitable organization that has assessed them as being in financial need
Eligibility / Target Population: People with low incomes who are not receiving any government income or assistance
