The clinic requires referrals from Princess Margaret physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses
Procedures include:- paracentesis (body fluid sampling procedure)
- thoracentesis (to remove excess fluid near the lungs)
- diagnostic lumbar puncture
- intrathecal chemotherapy
- removal of tunneled lines
- bone marrow aspirations (sample of bone marrow)
