Service Description:

Provides individual community support, case management and supportive counselling, groups, advocacy, linkages to other services, information and referrals to people experiencing lengthy and/or significant mental health problems that seriously impact upon or disrupt their quality of life.

Referrals are accepted by anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are coordinated through The Access Point. Please call or complete the online referral form.
