Booth Supportive Services meets clients in their units during the week. As a result, our work hours are flexible.

Service Description:
|
A brokerage case management program that provides intensive supports while working alongside clients (adults 18+) that have experienced chronic homelessness and who have mental health challenges/addictions. Supports clients in stabilizing housing, improving their emotional mental health, and integrating into the community.
