Service Description: Program for Deafblind clients who are in an emergency situation and need an intervenor * call centre will contact an intervenor from their database

Emergency Intervenor Database - Registry for client information and communication preferences for call centre operators to share with first responders * clients may indicate their intervenor preferences

Emergency Community Kits- Supports communication between client and first responders until an intervenor arrives * a communication alert card on the front of the kit indicates the client has sight and hearing loss, and their preferred communication methods
