Service Description: The Senior Support Program offers friendly calls by trained and compassionate volunteers to support socializing and alleviate sense of loneliness as well as provide connection to information and services as needed * If individuals need more support a social worker is available for brief counseling.

Services include:
A friendly weekly telephone call (available in several languages)
A weekly email message from an ePal
Access to a social worker for information, referral or brief counseling upon request




Fees: No fee required
Application: Referral for the program can be made through Central Navigation, learn more at Baycrest Admissions and Referrals
Eligibility / Target Population: Older adults over 65 experiencing social isolation or in need of emotional peer support
