Service Description: Specialized rehabilitation for adults whose lives have changed due to brain injury, stroke, and related neurological conditions.

Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient program with a focus on acquired brain injury rehabilitation to help patients restore function, or to teach them how to do things differently

LIFEspan Clinic (Maintenance) - Services and programs to meet the needs of youth and young adults with cerebral palsy or acquired brain injury as they transition from pediatric to adult rehabilitation services * provides a single point of access to specialized rehabilitation while helping patients learn how to manage their own care and navigate the adult system

Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation Outpatient Services (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have Multiple Sclerosis * goal is to help patients learn how to adapt to their condition and manage their own health

Outpatient Stroke Services (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient program with a focus on stroke rehabilitation * therapy may be offered one-on-one or in groups, or through telehealth, when needed

Spasticity Management Clinic (Progression) - Assessment, consultations, and treatment for people with spasticity
