Service Description:

Counselling, and service coordination/navigation for health, employment, education, housing and cultural learning needs

Application:

Drop in on Wednesday and Thursday * Call and book an appointment for Monday, Tuesday or Friday

Eligibility / Target Population:

Youth ages 12-24 years * Tokens and food provided for some programs.
