Service Description: 20 subsidized bachelor apartments for CAMH clients who are making the transition from hospital to independent living * community center in the clients' apartment building provides range of programs, such as:
  • 3 meals in day program and cooking lessons
  • computer lessons
  • yoga and exercise programs
  • nutrition advice
  • budgeting and personal finance management
  • peer support groups
  • outdoor outings



Application: Intake required
Eligibility / Target Population: CAMH in-patients who are ready to transition to housing with supports
