Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Program (Progression) - Programs and services for adults who have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) * services include assistive technology for mobility * services provided by a nurse, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, and dietitian
