Service Description: A holistic community mental health service for youth aged 18-35. The program supports young adults by focusing on the social determinants of health. Young adults can select the programs and opportunities which best support them in their recovery.


Application: Referrals are accepted from self, social service agencies and professionals. Initially, the client has a tour of the clubhouse and then books an intake interview with the intake worker if they wish to participate. Intake process usually takes two to three weeks.
