Service Description:

Bed-based supportive treatment program providing one to one, life skills/living skills, substance use treatment and post treatment planning. Basic needs support for individuals.

Application:

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. Please call to complete a phone assessment.
Individuals must be detoxified a minimum of seven days. A urine screen is required prior to admission.
Program does not accepted methadone or suboxone.
