Program Criteria:- Patients who are 16+
- Living in the City of Toronto
- Have individual access to tablet, phone, computer with audio and video capabilities
- Have access to a private space
- Are not in immediate crisis or emergency situation and can reasonably wait for a scheduled appointment.
