Service Description: Adult day program serves clients with high care needs and those who exhibit challenging behaviors * also provides specialized care for clients with dementia-related illnesses

Day program offers:
  • stimulating physical, mental, social and recreational activities in a group setting or during one-on-one session to promote independence
  • nutritious vegetarian South Asian meals provided daily



Fees: Program - $23/day (core hours) * extended hours $25/day (core hours plus am or pm) * foot care $20 * extra charge for transportation

Eligibility / Target Population: Services are primarily offered to frail-elderly, cognitively impaired, and physically challenged people
