Service Description: One-to-one support and in-home assistance to provide caregiver relief

Services include:
  • homemaking
  • light personal care
  • light housekeeping
  • medication reminders
  • outings in the community
  • meal preparation
  • stimulating activities such as reading, puzzles and scrapbooking

Fees: $8/hr (minimum 2hrs/visit; maximum of 12hrs/week) * subsidies available
Application: Call * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Older adults and people with disabilities
