Service Description: Care and treatment of bone fractures or injury

Patients must meet one of the following criteria:
  • any fracture requiring ongoing care
  • acute joint injuries
  • recent soft tissue injuries or acute inflammatory joint problem
  • foot or hip deformity
  • flare-up of previous problem within one year of discharge from clinic

Fees: Most services covered under OHIP
Application: Patients must be referred through our Emergency Department, one of our inpatient departments, by an orthopaedic surgeon or by a family physician in the community
