Provide a dynamic range of mental health and addiction support and services that work within anti-racism/anti-black racism and anti-oppression frameworks * services and supports are embedded with different therapeutic holistic approach which includes Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy which are person-centered

Self referral * referrals from family members, healthcare and social service workers, religious establishments * to make a referral download the referral access form on the website * referrals will be assessed in a interview to determine eligibility for services
