Service Description: Community Literacy Program -- Literacy, numeracy and essential skills services to assist in transitioning to employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, postsecondary education or independence

Also academic upgrading services that help individuals develop the necessary skills for entry into college-based postsecondary education and training programs (such as apprenticeship) * partnership with George Brown College
