- Responds to questions by telephone, email and social media regarding tenant rights and options; free tenant's rights counselling services for Toronto residents
Outreach and Organizing Team
- Assists tenants disputing rent increases above annual guideline, renovictions building-wide maintenance issues, and loss of service
Does not provide legal advice or crisis services; does not provide information to landlords or their agents
