Service Description:

Intensive 6-month full-time community leadership and development program

1 month unpaid work internship in social service field and 2 months mentorship
15 courses within program
capacity 15-20

Graduates receive a mix of certificates and micro-credentials

Eligibility / Target Population:

Newcomer women with oral and written English fluency, intermediate computer skills and an interest in the civic and social services sector, must be available for full time program
