Service Description:

Community-based prisoner health and harm reduction organization that provides support, education and advocacy to prisoners and ex-prisoners- system advocacy
- counselling in person or by telephone (collect calls accepted from prisoners across Canada)
- HIV, HEP C prevention education, linkage to care and support for prisoners, ex-prisoners
- harm reduction outreach and resources
- assistance in accessing community supports, social services, housing, medical care
- development and distribution of health education resources
