Service Description:

Community-based prisoner health and harm reduction organization that provides support, education and advocacy to prisoners and ex-prisoners

system advocacy
counselling in person or by telephone (collect calls accepted from prisoners across Canada)
HIV, HEP C prevention education, linkage to care and support for prisoners, ex-prisoners
harm reduction outreach and resources
assistance in accessing community supports, social services, housing, medical care
development and distribution of health education resources
