Individual and group sessions for settlement support services, referrals, information, and orientation
Mobile Settlement Services in Shelter Program
In-group workshops, individual and group workshops (including providing information, orientation, referral, and needs assessment) for homeless and under-housed newcomers who are Permanent Residents and Convention Refugee families
Newcomer Youth Program - practice English skills
- employment assistance
- volunteer opportunities
- homework help and mentorship support
- recreational activities including sports, music, arts
- family reunification
- in partnership with other service providers
- individual and group mental health and wellness support
- post-secondary and scholarship support

Newcomer youth program: 13-30 years - no residency requirement
Residency Requirements for other programs: Bloor St (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Roncesvalles Ave (west) to Bathurst St (east)
