Eligibility / Target Population: Canadian citizens 18 years and older
Residency requirement:
  • municipal residents
  • non-residents who own or rent property in the municiplaity or the spouse of an owner or tenant of property in the municipality
Persons without a permanent address can use the address of a community centre, drop-in centre, hostel or anywhere else they have returned daily to sleep or eat in the 5 weeks prior to an election
Call 3-1-1 for information on required voter identification, voting by proxy, and accommodations for voters with special needs or circumstances
