Service Description:
|
Transition House is a short-term stabilization service for men who are either waiting for residential addiction treatment, completing community treatment, or returning to the community from residential treatment. We provide life skills, recreational opportunities, and short-term counselling services, in a supportive residential environment, for up to three months.
