Medical care team focused on family and community health for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes doctors, nurses, mental health counsellors, and client resource workers
Services include:- Trans health care
- counselling
- LGBTQ youth health and mentoring (SOY)
- LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) Parenting and families
- wellness workshops and support group
- Rainbow Health Ontario - LGBT province-wide health promotion
- health promotion and education
