Service Description: Medical care team focused on family and community health for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes doctors, nurses, mental health counsellors, and client resource workers

Services include:
  • Trans health care
  • counselling
  • LGBTQ youth health and mentoring (SOY)
  • LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) Parenting and families
  • wellness workshops and support group
  • Rainbow Health Ontario - LGBT province-wide health promotion
  • health promotion and education

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
