Service Description:

Assessment, treatment and outreach services focusing on the early intervention for psychosis for youth. Uses a recovery-oriented approach to provide: assessment, treatment, help and support with school, work and social activities, family education and support, public education and advocacy, linkages to community agencies and services.

Application:
|
Anyone can make a referral: youth with possible signs of psychosis, family members, shelter workers, school staff, and health care workers via The Access Point.
