Service Description: Medical services provided to patients who do not require an overnight stay in hospital
 
Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Services (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient program with a focus on acquired brain injury rehabilitation to help patients restore function, or to teach them how to do things differently
 
Complex Injury Outpatient Rehabilitation Services - Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation for people who have complex acquired brain injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, or have had a stroke * services provided by neuropsychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, physiatrists, physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, speech language pathologists, and massage therapists
 
Complex Musculoskeletal Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic - Specialize in the rehabilitation of individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions * offer a range of outpatient rehab services * interdisciplinary team includes Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists and Assistants, Physiotherapists and Assistants, Social Worker, and Physicians
 
Dental Services - Dental services to patient with special needs who cannot be accommodated in most community dental offices
 
Electromyography (EMG) Clinic - Support the diagnosis and management of peripheral nerve disorders * assist patients recover from traumatic injury and illness, hip fractures and joint surgery
 
Falls Prevention Program (Progression) - 10-week program of group education and exercise sessions for older adults to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls
 
Geriatric Medicine Clinic (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient program for older adults who have complex conditions associated aging * provide assessments as well as referrals to community support services, if needed
 
Geriatric Psychiatry Clinic (Progression) - Assessment and treatment of older adults with mental health problems * make suggestions to other appropriate services and provide some limited follow-up therapy
 
Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation Outpatient Services (Progression) - Outpatient program for those with multiple sclerosis to assist individuals in adapting to their disease and managing their health * supports individuals to maintain or recover their physical and mental abilities
 
Outpatient Stroke Services (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient program with a focus on stroke rehabilitation * therapy may be offered one-on-one or in groups, and through telehealth, when needed
 
Rocket Family Upper Extremity Clinic - Assessment and treatment of people with a neurological condition that has affected their upper extremity function
 
Spasticity Management Clinic (Progression) - Assessment, consultations, and treatment for people with spasticity
