Service Description: Provides services for individuals with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions to minimize the impact of their ailment and maximizing the quality of life for them and their families * customized rehabilitation plans
 
Acquired Brain Injury Adult Day Program (Progression) - Hospital-based outpatient transitional day program with a focus on acquired brain injury rehabilitation * recreational activities, social support, and skills training.
 
Acquired Brain Injury Behaviour Service - Inpatient rehabilitation program for adults exhibiting challenging behaviours due to an acquired brain injury * care provided in wheelchair-accessible, bachelor-style apartments with common kitchen and lounge areas * services provided by rehabilitation therapists, nurses, behaviour therapist, social worker, psychologist, consultant physician, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist
 
Acquired Brain Injury Community Outreach (Progression) - In-home rehabilitative care for adults with challenging behaviours and an acquired brain injury * behaviour therapists use principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to help clients, family members, and other caregivers in clients' homes and workplaces, including residential and long-term care homes
 
Neurological Rehabilitation Service - Inpatient rehabilitation program for adults recovering from a stroke, acquired brain injury, or neurological condition * services provided by physicians, physiotherapists, neuro-psychologist, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacist, recreational therapist, speech language pathologist, and social worker
 
Spasticity Management Clinic (Progression and Maintenance) - Assessment, consultations, and treatments for adults with spasticity * services include:
