Settlement Program -- counselling and needs assessment for Black, African and Caribbean immigrants and refugees, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals * orientation * information and referral to community services * assistance with immigration system * housing help * assistance in finding a doctor and living with treatment * interpretation and translation * networking * assistance in accessing services
