HIV/AIDS education, prevention and support * community workshops and forums, outreach, training for professionals and organizations, culturally specific materials * community-based * volunteer opportunities
Support Programs -- counselling and support for Black people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, including referrals, practical assistance, home and hospital visits, emergency financial assistance, treatment, support groups * employment support * youth programs
Settlement Program -- counselling and needs assessment for Black, African and Caribbean immigrants and refugees, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals * orientation * information and referral to community services * assistance with immigration system * housing help * assistance in finding a doctor and living with treatment * interpretation and translation * networking * assistance in accessing services
