Wednesday hours are 1000-1200 and 1900-2030. Extended weekend mini-programs are available 4 times per year.

Service Description:
|
Provides a system of support to help with the challenges of early recovery. It gives the opportunity to build on the foundation of knowledge and coping skills developed while in residential treatment.
The program includes:
- a weekly support group for clients
- assistance in arranging continuing care in home community, including identification of 12-Step meetings
- regular contact with a outpatient counsellor

Application:

The Continuing Care Program is available to anyone who has successfully completed an EHN Bellwood Toronto residential treatment program. Those who completed an EHN Bellwood Toronto outpatient treatment program, or treatment at another treatment centre, may also be eligible.
