Service Description:	Support services for adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities * provide access to information and person-centered programs and services (social, educational, recreational) that facilitate growth, choice, independence and community inclusion * Residential Respite Program on weekdays, weekends to give families and caregivers temporary relief (capacity of 10)
