Service Description: City-wide services for three designated provincial programs:
  • Infant Development Program (IDP)
  • Preschool Speech and Language Services (PSL) - services to children with special needs
  • Prenatal Parent Counselling Service - supportive specialized counselling for pregnant parents who have learned that their baby will be born with a developmental disability
  • Augmentative Communication and Writing Aids Program (ACWA)


Fees: Some fees may apply
Eligibility / Target Population: Infants and children from birth to age 6 who have or are suspected of having a developmental disability and reside in the Toronto Region * a child does not need a diagnosis to be eligible for our services
