Service Description: Program for new immigrants who are experiencing mental health issues during their settlement process * RISE provides program clients with supports with both mental health and settlement challenges

Services include:
  • one-on-one mental health case management support
  • peer support
  • information sessions (on health and wellbeing as well settlement)
  • social and recreational activities

Fees: Free * provide mobile service within TTC regions
Application: Complete and fax referral forms available on website or book an appointment for intake process in Madison's office
Eligibility / Target Population: Newcomers experiencing mental health and settlement challenges
Languages: English * French * Amharic * Arabic * Persian * Spanish * Swedish * Tamil
Language Notes: Madison Case Managers and/or interpreters can support service from the RISE program in French when needed
