Service Description: Indigenous youth programs, support/counselling sessions, housing support, drop-in
 
Mino Maadiziwin Program - Holistic Outreach Worker (HOW) provides support at the centre and out in the community for youth ages 12-24
 
Youth Case Managers - Counselling, and service coordination/navigation for health, employment, education, housing and cultural learning needs

Eligibility / Target Population: Youth ages 12-24 years * Tokens and food provided for some programs.
