Service Description:

COVID-19 Service Change: Urgent services by appointment. Walk-in available for existing clients without phones and new client without health insurance
Doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses assess and treat minor illnesses *OHIP not required
Services include:
- pre and post-natal care
- mental health services
- integrated care of complex health conditions such as diabetes
- foot care
- HIV/AIDS care
- care for seniors in the community

People in catchment area or people who are homeless Youth health clinic - youth 14-25 years
