Service Description: COVID-19 Service Change: Urgent services by appointment. Walk-in available for existing clients without phones and new client without health insurance

Doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses assess and treat minor illnesses *OHIP not required

Services include:
  • pre and post-natal care
  • mental health services
  • integrated care of complex health conditions such as diabetes
  • foot care
  • HIV/AIDS care
  • care for seniors in the community

Fees: All services covered by OHIP * All medical services available without OHIP
Application: Appointment required
Eligibility / Target Population: People in catchment area or people who are homeless
