Service Description: Custom devices, rehabilitation, and education for people who have had a limb loss * services provided orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, certified prosthetists, and specialized physiotherapists and occupational therapists

Fees: Set fees * publicly-funded services available to those who are eligible * funding may be available through the Assistive Devices Program, WISB, or other funding sources
Application: Medical referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: People with limb loss in need of amputee care or prosthetic device service
