Service Description:

Provides:
- case management, support, guidance to opiate users accessing services at community agencies and services
- counselling to clients of opiate replacement prescribers
- training in opiates and opiate treatment to community service providers

Application:

Referrals are accepted from all sources. However, it is preferred that the client call directly to initiate the referral. Wait times may vary depending on individual worker’s availability. Please contact the organization directly to get a better idea of wait times or other options at the organization.
