Service Description: Temporary, supportive housing for 9 (nine) months, in a shared communal living environment to 11 people living with HIV/AIDS.

Fees: Varies per program
Application: Call * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Older adults and adults with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports * women and men 16 years and older living with HIV infection or AIDS, who require support and are willing to live in a cooperative environment * must be eligible for rent geared to income housing and able to manage personal finances and medication * trans-positive services
