Service Description:

Provides support within housing for people with mental illness who have come in to contact with the criminal justice system.
|

|
Application:
|
Referrals are accepted from anyone who has current activity with the criminal justice system.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
