Service Description:

Manse Road Residential Support Services is a high-support supportive housing program for individuals who are living with a serious and persistent mental health needs. The program operates with 24-hour on-site staff providing goal planning, teaching, crisis intervention and medication monitoring. Both long-stay and respite care are available.

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
