Assessment, intervention and/or support for people with hearing; Services include:
- hearing tests
- hearing aid evaluations and follow-up care, including remote programming
- assistive listening devices
- counselling and education
- ototoxicity monitoring
- advanced hearing tests (otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, wideband tympanometry)

Hearing tests are covered by OHIP with a doctor's referral. Additional fees are charged in accordance with technical needs.
